- These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of Dakshis.
2Products & Ordering
- All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
- Product images are for illustrative purposes. Actual products may vary slightly due to the handcrafted nature of our jewellery.
- Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders with incorrect pricing.
- Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance until payment is successfully processed.
3Payment
- We accept payments via Razorpay, which supports UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets.
- All transactions are secured with SSL encryption and processed through PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure.
- Payment must be completed in full before orders are dispatched.
- In case of payment failure, please contact us at support@dakshis.in before attempting again.
4Shipping & Delivery
- We ship across India. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
- Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers.

5Returns & Refunds
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for items in original, unworn condition.
- Sacred items that have been used in rituals, custom orders, and items without original packaging are non-returnable.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after receipt and inspection of returned items.

6Intellectual Property
- All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and designs — is the property of Dakshis and protected by copyright law.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.
- The Dakshis brand name, logo, and associated marks are trademarks of Dakshis.
- Unauthorised use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.
7Limitation of Liability
- Dakshis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
- Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
- We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
- Spiritual and religious claims about our products are based on traditional beliefs and are not medical or scientific claims.

- These terms are governed by the laws of India and the state of Andhra Pradesh.
- Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.
